RENTAL POLICY

Motor home reservations require a pre-paid rental fee of $500.00. Fold down reservations require a prepaid rental fee of $200.00. Balance of rental fees, extras and a damage deposit of $500.00 are required when unit is picked up.

Damage deposit could be forfeited in whole or in part for loss of equipment, interior or exterior damage, interior and exterior cleaning, additional mileage, refueling of gasoline and propane, generator use, sales tax due and holding tank dumping.

• Motor homes rented a minimum of seven days May 1 through September 15.
• Our insurance requires renters to be 25 years of age or older.
• All renters must hold a valid drivers license.
• We accept money orders, cash, cashier checks, Visa and MasterCard.
• PICK UP TIME is scheduled between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m., earlier if unit is ready. NO EXCEPTIONS!
• RETURN TIME no later than 11:00 a.m. NO EXCEPTIONS! Late returns are subject to a $200.00 late charge plus daily rental fee.
• No Saturday, Sunday or Holiday pick ups.
• Gasoline and propane tanks are filled when unit is picked up and must be returned full.
• NO SMOKING OR PETS allowed in rental units.

Provide proof of insurance on rental units.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made prior to 30 days of rental are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee. If cancellation is made within 30 days of rental, all pre-paid rental will be forfeited.

RENTAL REBATE ON PURCHASE

Decide to purchase a new RV from PleasureLand RV Center within 90 days of your rental and we will rebate you 50% of your rental charges up to $500.00. Applies to rental fee but does cover mileage, insurance and security deposit charges. (Purchase of similar model.)

A breakdown on the road is very expensive for us-and even more inconvenient for you. That's why each of PleasureLand's vehicles is fully inspected and serviced between each rental. We follow strict maintenance schedules suggested by the manufacturers. 

At PleasureLand, we confirm reservations up to 365 days in advance, allowing plenty of time to plan your vacation, make campsite reservations, and select site seeing attractions. It also helps us to make sure our RVs are never overbooked.
